Vision and Mission Statement

To protect the Homeland from acts of terrorism, and Ohio citizens from acts of crime, by creating a network and culture of information sharing among local law enforcement agencies.

To create a voluntary Ohio local law enforcement information-sharing network, based on model policies and established technical and security standards, to assist officers and investigators in preventing and responding to acts of terrorism and crime.
